You’re dedicated to your client, your charter partner should be just as dedicated to you. When choosing a charter partner, a singular point of contact should be top priority.
Working one-on-one with a dedicated team member who understands your clients goals and needs should be industry standard. Your account manager is responsible for all facets of service within a trip, and stays with you from start to finish. Never should you be handed-off to another team or team member.
CUSTOM COMMISIONABLE RATES

You are the client and should be able to dictate how you get paid. Your charter partner should give you the option to have commissionable rates, "net" rates, or operate in another arrangement that best suits you and the trip. You have unique needs and your charter partner should have flexibility with each trip.
TAILORED CLIENT EXPERIENCE

Between picking an aircraft, invoices, and in real time movement messages, communication and transparency are paramount. Your charter partner should provide examples of what the process looks like from a client prospective and have the ability to customize each touchpoint.
The best charter partner will customize all communication to your preferences. Will the charter company communicate with the client directly? Will the branding be combined to keep a continuous flow? Will the client be needing itineraries to help with large group flows? These are all questions that should be tailored to your unique needs.

On Demand Vs Fixed Rate
A perfect charter partner should be prepared to offer On-Demand and Fixed-Rate Charter programs. On-Demand allows the client to operate in an easy pay-as-you-go framework, not requiring funds on deposit or holding funds hostage.
A fixed rate gives a client the ability to forecast and know what’s coming. You know what would suit your client best, and your charter partner should be able to meet you there.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE
You’re only as good as your broker.
With every luxury charter trip, you’re only as good as the broker you bring with you. Experience in the field can save you time, money, and headaches. Items like airport curfews, permits, mechanical occurances, should all be handled by your dedicated point of contact. Not by his supervisor or ops team. Each rep should have extensive knowledge and experience within the industry.
