On-Demand Charter provides flexibility and ease of use for varying needs. On demand is an ideal option for an owner that has an aircraft in for scheduled maintenance or mission-profile that does not align with their aircraft, a fractional owner who wishes to charter on-demand to avoid expensive “interchange”, or a client that is looking to avoid deposits, membership fees, and commitments.

Intrepid Air Charter understands that some clients require a dedicated aircraft, with flexibility to operate on an unknown schedule or itinerary over a period of time. We are able to provide a dedicated aircraft and crew so that a client has the ability to fly as-needed, remaining flexible to the needs of a client’s schedule – including when an aircraft is down for scheduled maintenance.

For acquisition services, we begin with a holistic assessment triangulating a client’s mission profile, budget, and current aircraft market. Intrepid models and provides supporting pro forma operating and CapEx budgets, along with market analysis then dives deeper into the pedigree and maintenance history of specific target aircraft.

For customers that prefer a set hourly rate, need to accurately forecast their expenses, or are managing to a set budget, Intrepid Air Charter may offer a customized fixed-rate solution. Unlike a jet card, this program furnishes a set rate for a term, and funds on account can be used towards flight time as well as ancillary expenses such as ground transportation and catering to ease the administrative burden and otherwise frequent wires or charges to credit cards.

For large groups, whether for corporate purposes, a network of friends, or extended family Intrepid facilitates charters of both VIP configured narrow-body and wide-body airliners. These aircraft provide all passengers with the same experience. Aircraft may provide first-class domestic two-by-two seating configurations in narrow-body airliners such as the Boeing 737 or 757 and the Airbus A320 or A321. And in long haul VIP wide-body airliners such as the Boeing 767, all passengers are accommodated in lie-flat business class seats.
